The colors and edges are ill-defined, but I think you got the shape down. Overall pretty wishy-washy, but not bad.

Cool! I could imagine this jumping out at me on one of those old japanese horror websites. You might wanna put some blurring on the edges if you're going for a more ghostly/intangible effect.
